Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Domestic shipping within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email us at support@chicleisure.ca with your order number.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Sizing

Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down. Detailed size guides are available on each product page.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled.
